Any merchant using WorldPay as their processor, except for WorldPay Legacy, will have access to the portal. This includes WorldPay TriPOS, WorldPay Mercury, WorldPay FreedomPay, and most Revel Advantage ecommerce accounts. These accounts are created for third-party integrations such as Olo, Como, Restolabs, etc. The portal is accessible regardless of the gateway used by the merchant.
